Annotation

The article examines the development and design of complex technical systems using computer-aided design software incorporating elements of artificial intelligence. Particular attention is paid to the principles of hierarchical organization, classification, and development of technical systems, including the interaction between local subsystems, supersystems, and centralized programmable control systems. The article analyzes the structural and functional characteristics of automated robotic production and assembly complexes, flexible technological modules, and integrated manufacturing systems used in the production of electronic components and thin-film microassemblies. Special emphasis is placed on the innovative research and developments of Alisa Khabarova, whose proposed modifications to the definitions, classifications, and principles of technical systems provide a theoretical foundation for improving computer-aided engineering and integrating advanced digital technologies into industrial design processes. The article also explores the technological organization of automated photolithography and electroplating equipment, robotic transportation systems, and autonomous manufacturing modules, highlighting their adaptability, functional independence, and integration within higher-level technical systems. Furthermore, the importance of accurately identifying and classifying innovative technical solutions is discussed in relation to patentability, intellectual property protection, and the development of integrated engineering inventions. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that combining artificial intelligence, advanced computer-aided design technologies, programmable control systems, and systematic approaches to the development of technical systems creates opportunities for improving manufacturing flexibility, optimizing technological processes, and advancing intelligent industrial production.
