Инвестиционные проекты: оценка эффективности и биз-нес-планирование

Аннотация. автором в монографии рассмотрены такие вопросы как: 1) исследование физико-химических свойств наночастиц серебра, получаемых методом лазерной фотохимии, 2) детальное изучение процесса эволюции серебра от ионов к наночастицам, 3) изучение с помощью спектроскопии УПКР структуры биологически-значимых молекул, адсорбированных на наночастицах серебра, 4) технологии получения компартментов на основе металлических жидко- подобных плёнок серебра, обладающих свойствами двумерной жидкости и напоминающие по своим свойствам липидный слой плазматической мембраны биологических клеток, 5) поиск механизма терапевтического эффекта, связанного с лечебными свойствами наночастиц серебра, 6) представлена обширная библиография содержащая 2470 ссылок на научные и регламентные работы по изготовлению и применению препаратов, содержащих серебро и опубликованных за период 1556&ndash;2021 гг, основная часть которых снабжена рефератами, большинство ссылок представлены как на английском, так и русском языках. Ключевые слова: серебро, ионы, наночастицы, фотохимия, компартменты, препараты, физико-химические свойства, медицина, лечебный механизм, библиография.

Abstract. The author of the monograph considers such issues as: 1) investigation of the physicochemical properties 
of silver nanoparticles obtained by laser photochemistry, 2) detailed study of the process of silver evolution from ions to 
nanoparticles, 3) study by SERS spectroscopy of the structure of biologically significant molecules adsorbed on silver nanoparticles, 
4) technologies for obtaining compartments based on metallic liquid-like silver films having the properties of a twodimensional 
liquid and resembling the lipid layer of the plasma membrane of biological cells, 5) search for the mechanism of 
therapeutic effect associated with the therapeutic properties of silver nanoparticles, 6) an extensive bibliography is presented 
containing 2470 references to scientific and regulatory work on the manufacture and use of drugs containing silver and published 
for the period 1556&ndash;2021, the bulk of which is provided with abstracts, most of the references are presented in both 
English and Russian.

This book represents the outcomes of the research in the field of the education in Hong Kong. The authors discover several general issues in the field of the development of the sub-degree programs in contemporary Hong Kong and the successful marketing strategies. It is stressed that the articulation pathway is a significant factor, undervalued in most cases by the current administrations of the schools. The recommendations could be disseminated and used in the other national and geographical context. The authors consequently used PLS-SE modeling in building up the final model. The algorithm could be reproduced in the forthcoming research. The book could be useful for the researchers, practitioners, students and professors, everyone who is interested in the problems of education and human development under the market economy. THE ANTECEDENT FACTORS OF STUDENT LOYALTY IN HONG KONG: A SUB-DEGREE EDUCATION LEVEL

Монография посвящена вопросам надежности и эффективности крупных каналов Ташкентской области. Приводятся результаты натурных и теоретических исследований состоянии надежности и безопасности крупных ирригационных каналов. А также, компьютерная программа водобалансового расчета крупных каналов: канал Паркент, Хандам и Ташкентский магистральный канал. Материал, изложенной в монографии, представляет большой интерес для сектора водного хозяйства и позволит решить большое количество практических задач в условиях водного дефицита. Книга может служить пособием для научных работников и магистрантов. The monograph is devoted to the reliability and efficiency of large canals of the Tashkent region. The results of field and theoretical studies of the state of reliability and safety of large irrigation channels are presented. And also, a computer program for the water balance calculation of large canals: the Parkent Canal, Khandam and the Tashkent main canal. The material presented in the monograph is of great interest to the water sector and will allow solving a large number of practical problems in conditions of water scarcity. The book can serve as a guide for researchers and undergraduates. The monograph was recommended for publication by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Scientific Research Institute of Irrigation and Water Problems Protocol No. 2 of January 20, 2022.

В книге производится анализ подходов и теоретических моделей в представлении принципиальных основ существующего с историко-философской и методологической позиций.&nbsp; Рассматриваемые онтологические идеи прошлого выделяются в контексте их созвучности и аналогичности некоторым современным темам и проблемам. The book analyzes approaches and theoretical models in the presentation of the fundamental foundations of the existing historical, philosophical and methodological positions. The considered ontological ideas of the past stand out in the context of their consonance and similarity to some modern topics and problems. The diverse ideas about existence, being, event, causality, organization and dynamics of the universe, accumulated in the experience of philosophical understanding, are proposed to be considered as complementary facets of a complex unity that represents the world in its hypothetical origin, the formation that requires explanation and the dynamic existence that eludes ordering. The monograph is devoted to the theory and regularities of the dynamics of soil-soil moistening processes during furrow irrigation of agricultural crops. The book gives the conclusions of the hydrodynamic model of the transfer of moisture, mineral and organic substances in hydromorphic media under the conditions of using furrow irrigation of crops. SMALL BUSINESS IN RUSSIA: LEGISLATIVE AND LEGAL BASES OF ITS FUNCTIONING AND FINANCING

The book &ldquo;Primary Educational Psychology&rdquo; presents to the readers the main achievements of activity-based psychology in the field of primary educational psychology. 
The book was written using maximally selected and inherited fundamental achievements of activity-based psychology on the problem and useful knowledge developed from related publications.

PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

The monograph is devoted to improving the mechanical and exploitation 
characteristics of Advanced High Strength Steels through the development of the heat 
treatment technology based on the &ldquo;Quenching &amp; Partitioning&rdquo; (Q&amp;P) principle. The 
experimental data presented in the monograph clearly reveal the advantages of Q&amp;P 
technology over standard heat treatment technologies due to the formation of a multi- 
phase structure with advanced properties. Special attention is paid to the retention of 
austenite in the structure, its metastability to strain-induced martensite transformation, 
and the contribution of the TRIP effect to the steel behaviour under the load. The 
monograph is hoped to be of interest to researchers and engineers specializing in 
metallurgy and heat treatment of metals.

IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF STRUCTURAL STEELS BY MULTI-PHASE STRUCTURE FORMATION

В&nbsp;монографии полностью рассмотрены такие задачи, как разработка газоконденсатных 
месторождений одновременным освоением газовых пластов с&nbsp;помощью технологий и&nbsp;бес- 
перебойным регулированием способности газоотдачи пластов при одновременной работе, 
отдельное выявление свой ств продуктивности каждого пласта с&nbsp;помощью вновь созданного 
оборудования. Произведен расчет экономических показателей вариантов разработки нефтяных 
и&nbsp;газовых залежей. Выполнен анализ механизированной эксплуатации нефтяных скважин 
с&nbsp;точки зрения их применимости в&nbsp;условиях месторождения Корпедже. По рекомендуемому 
газлифтному способу приведены рекомендации по улучшению режима работы скважин. 
Детально рассмотрены вопросы эксплуатации газовых скважин, состояние и&nbsp;пред- 
ложения по улучшению системы сбора и&nbsp;подготовки газа и&nbsp;конденсата, выполнен анализ 
существующих систем одновременно- раздельной эксплуатации (ОРЭ) для газовых скважин 
и&nbsp;приведены методики расчета компоновок ОРЭ для проектируемых скважин. 
Разработаны конструкции проектируемых эксплуатационных газовых скважин, комплекс 
исследовательских работ в&nbsp;процессе бурения, рекомендации по вскрытию продуктивных 
пластов. 
Монография может быть полезна инженерам- технологам нефтегазодобывающих пред- 
приятий, специалистам, занимающимися вопросами разработки нефтегазовых месторождений, 
аспирантам и&nbsp;студентам вузов, обучающимся по нефтегазовому направлению.

The monograph fully considers such tasks as the development of gas condensate 
fields by simultaneous development of gas reservoirs with the help of technologies and 
continuous regulation of the ability of gas recovery of reservoirs with simultaneous operation, 
separate identification of the productivity properties of each reservoir with the help of newly created 
equipment. The calculation of economic indicators of options for the development of oil 
and gas deposits was made. The analysis of the mechanized operation of oil wells 
from the point of view of their applicability in the conditions of the Korpedje field is carried out. According to the recommended 
recommendations for improving the operation mode of wells are given to the gas lift method. 
The issues of operation of gas wells, the condition and 
proposals for improving the system of gas and condensate collection and treatment are considered in detail, the analysis 
of existing systems of simultaneous separate operation (EPR) for gas wells 
is carried out and methods for calculating the layouts of EPR for projected wells are given. 
The designs of the projected production gas wells, a complex 
of research works in the drilling process, recommendations for the opening of productive 
formations have been developed. 
The monograph can be useful to process engineers of oil and gas 
producing enterprises, specialists involved in the development of oil and gas fields, 
graduate students and university students studying in the oil and gas field.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ОДНОВРЕМЕННОЙ РАЗДЕЛЬНОЙ ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ ГАЗОКОНДЕНСАТНЫХ МЕСТОРОЖДЕНИЙ

Монография посвящена выявлению и&nbsp;анализу разнообразных приемов языковой игры, представленных в&nbsp;средствах массовой информации на русском и&nbsp;хорватском языках. Проводится сопоставительный анализ наиболее широко представленных приемов языковой игры в&nbsp;современных российских и&nbsp;хорватских СМИ, выявляются некоторые особенности реализации различных игровых приемов в&nbsp;двух родственных славянских языках, а&nbsp;также рассматриваются случаи одновременного использования нескольких игровых приемов в&nbsp;массмедийном тексте.

The monograph is devoted to the identification and analysis of various techniques of language play presented in the media in Russian and Croatian. A comparative analysis of the most widely presented language game techniques in modern Russian and Croatian media is carried out, some features of the implementation of various game techniques in two related Slavic languages are revealed, and cases of simultaneous use of several game techniques in a mass media text are also considered.

Учебное пособие дает представление об основах управленческого учета в организациях разных форм собственности и хозяйствования, в частности, формируются основы управленческого учета, определяются предмет и объекты. Кроме того, рассмотрены актуальные классификационные признаки затрат, методы их распределения. Представлены применяемые методы учета затрат и калькулирования себестоимости продукции (работ, услуг), методики анализа для принятия оптимальных управленческих решений (CVP-анализ, по ценообразованию, по ассортиментной политике, по инвестиционным проектам). Отражены модели и варианты организации управленческого учета. Отдельное внимание уделено вопросам организационное построения системы управленческого учета в соответствии со структурными парамет рами экономического субъекта и особенностей деятельности. Раскрывается порядок формирования центров ответственности. Представлены функции сегментарной отчетности, этапы создания системы сегментарной отчетности в организации. Сформирован понятийный аппарат, сущностные характеристики бюджетирования. Дана классификация бюджетов. Отражены виды контроля в отношении исполнения бюджетов.

Содержит достаточное количество формул для простоты усвоения материала. 
Представлены контрольные вопросы и ситуационные задания для контроля знаний по каждой главе. Кроме этого, предусмотрены тестовые задания.

The textbook gives an idea of the basics of management accounting in organizations of different forms of ownership and management, in particular, the basics of management accounting are formed, the subject and objects are determined. In addition, the actual classification features of costs, methods of their distribution are considered. The applied methods of cost accounting and calculating the cost of products (works, services), methods of analysis for making optimal management decisions (CVP analysis, pricing, assortment policy, investment projects) are presented. Models and variants of management accounting organization are reflected. Новизна данной монографии заключается в обсуждении роли и значения пластических искусств в творческом процессе хореографа, в подходе к изучению творчества артистов балета и хореографов как художников. Хореографы и постановщики спектаклей никогда не были объектом специального изучения в науке об искусстве. Более того, она не привлекла внимания исследователей как одно из частных, но характерных проявлений взаимодействия искусств. Здесь почти нет точек соприкосновения и стыков. В котором более четко, резко зафиксированы важнейшие кардинальные аспекты синтеза балета и других пластических искусств в конце XIX - начале XX века. Несмотря на известную общность балетного театра, рисунка, живописи и скульптуры, формы их взаимного влияния остаются одной из малоизученных и неразвитых граней в творческом процессе хореографа и содержат много неразгаданных тайн.

This monograph novelty lies in the discussion of the role and significance of the plastic arts in the creative process of a&nbsp;choreographer, in the approach to the study of the work of ballet dancers and choreographers as artists. Choreographers and choreographers have never been the object of special study in the science of art. Moreover, it has not attracted the attention of researchers as one of the private but characteristic manifestations of the interaction of arts. There are hardly any points of contact and junctions. Which more clearly, sharply recorded the most important cardinal aspects of the synthesis of ballet and other plastic arts in the late XIX beginning of XX century. Despite the well-known commonality of ballet theater, drawing, painting and sculpture, the forms of their mutual influence remain one of the poorly studied and not developed faces in the creative process of the choreographer and contains many unsolved mysteries.

В книге представлен подход, позволяющий обосновать философскую теорию сознания как смыслообразования. Это подход в логике события, отлчиной от метафизики&nbsp; бытия, в рамках которого удается раскрыть феноменалньнйю структуру сознания как складывания смысла &ndash; как нелокального события осмысления и переосмысления. Смысл при этом опредеяется как феномен целостности в системных связях события осознания. На этой основе устанавливается вариантность образования смысла: феноменология взаимоданности своего и другого&nbsp; дает возможность обосновать рациональный, эстетический и мистический типы образвания смысла как равноенные и долнительные в опыте переосмысления человеком его естетсвенного сущетсвования &ndash; &nbsp;в опыте культуры. The book presents an approach that allows us to substantiate the philosophical theory of consciousness as meaning formation. This is an approach in the logic of an event, a departure from the metaphysics of being, in which it is possible to reveal the phenomenal structure of consciousness as a folding of meaning &ndash; as a non-local event of comprehension and reinterpretation. In this case, the meaning is defined as a phenomenon of integrity in the systemic connections of the event of awareness. On this basis, the variability of the formation of meaning is established: the phenomenology of the interaction of one&#39;s own and the other makes it possible to substantiate the rational, aesthetic and mystical types of the appeal of meaning as equally and complementary in the experience of rethinking by a person of his natural existence &ndash; in the experience of culture. Methodologically, in this way, it is possible to achieve a rational reception of non-rational types of awareness, which does not fundamentally distort their special meaning. Understanding consciousness in such a logic makes it possible not so much to represent it as a property of the subject, as to reveal the nature of subjectivity as a result of the event of awareness and meaning formation.

The book is intended for philosophers and humanitarians of other specialties interested in a new understanding and conceptual reflection of the foundations for the formation of the theory of consciousness and for understanding the nature of the diversity of the semantic experience of culture.

В книге рассматривается феномен смысла в ключе методологии понимания сознания как события осмысления. Смысл предлагается интерпретировать как фундаментальную категорию, обосновывающую мыслимость и осознанность вообще &ndash; как феномен целостности в системной связи осознания.&nbsp; Смысл предстает как основание связности &ndash; как система координат, в измерении которой только связуемые таким образом элементы&nbsp; обретают значения &ndash; как по отношению друг к другу, так и по отношению к целому. Ценность предстает как особый горизонт смысла &ndash; горизонт отнесенности данного к своему-целому. А горизонт постижения &ndash; как отнесение смыслового события к данному в нем другому как центру смыслообразования. The book examines the phenomenon of meaning in the key of the methodology of understanding consciousness as an event of comprehension. The meaning is proposed to be interpreted as a fundamental category justifying the conceivability and awareness in general &ndash; as a phenomenon of integrity in the system connection of awareness. Meaning appears as the basis of connectivity &ndash; as a coordinate system, in the dimension of which only the elements connected in this way acquire meanings - both in relation to each other and in relation to the whole. Value appears as a special horizon of meaning &ndash; the horizon of the relation of the given to its-whole. And the horizon of comprehension is as the attribution of a semantic event to another given in it as the center of meaning formation. Meaning&ndash;making is an event, and the reality in it is bipolar - it is the interplay of one&#39;s own and the other. In this regard, the meaning formation is variant. This approach makes it possible to identify the typologically complex structure of forms of thinking and to substantiate the logic of types of culture as different ways of understanding and rethinking natural human existence.

Consistent presentation of the material reveals the nature of the occurrence of strongyloidiasis and its spread. Methods for identifying Strongyloides papillosus that contribute to the qualitative differential diagnosis of ruminant helminths invasions are described. Morpho functional changes in mammalian organs for strongyloidiasis, assessment of mutagenicity of the causative agent of strongyloidiasis, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of strongyloidiasis are analyzed.

The data presented are the basis for scientifically based control measures against strongyloidiasis.
