Annotation

The article considers paroemias as an important object of linguistic and cultural analysis. Their types, functions and peculiarities of transformation in modern discourse are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of paremias in reflecting the national picture of the world and their functioning in the context of digitalization of communication.
