TOPICAL ISSUES OF STUDYING THE CREATIVITY OF MINIATURE MASTERS AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING THE CREATIVE ABILITIES OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
