Annotation

The paper analyzes various approaches to modeling the motion of a continuous two-component two-phase medium, reviewing the history of development and the problems of calculation and prediction of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic phenomena. It is revealed that the existing models cannot be used for small-scale phenomena. A search for finite-difference approximations to dynamic models is needed for such phenomena.
