Annotation
The possibility of using chalcogenide glassy semiconductor films (CSS) for recording and storing holographic information is considered. The dependences of the diffraction efficiency (η), the shift of the optical absorption edge (∆λ) of the films on the prehistory of the initial material and on the composite components of the film are shown.
