Annotation

This article examines the impact of complex vibration and oscillations on 3D printers and their mitigation to improve part quality and surface finish of castings. Key issues, such as extrusion thickness, proper movement and use of guide rails, and the use of software modifiers, are covered. Practical examples of the application of modernized systems and their impact on the quality of the resulting parts are provided. Attention is also paid to the prospects for implementing intelligent control systems to achieve high precision and reduce the need for post-processing of the resulting parts.
