The article examines the impact of digital technologies incorporating artificial intelligence elements on industrial design and the evolution of technical systems. Transformations in design processes enabled by CAD systems (SolidWorks), virtual simulation, and TRIZ methodologies are analyzed. The laws governing the development of technical systems, Gudolin's classification, and the concept of the Ideal Final Result are reassessed in the context of digitalization. Using examples of liquid homogenization devices, the integration of digital modeling, new materials, and intelligent control systems is demonstrated. It is concluded that AI is becoming an active component of the innovation process, reshaping approaches to engineering design and patenting of technical solutions.
