Annotation
This article explores the artistic interpretation of a historical figure. The character of Agahiy in Erkin Samandar's novel " Hare tracks or Agahiy" was taken as the object of research. During the occupation of the Khiva Khanate by Russia, images of Agahiy as a good politician are explored.
