In Vietnam, fire prevention and fighting is always concerned and identified as the responsibility of all individuals, agencies and organizations. For seaports in Vietnam, this work is given top priority, in order to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety, to meet the requirements of economic development and international integration. The article focuses on clarifying theoretical issues related to the organization and management as well as Vietnam's experiences in this work.
