The printing of scientific journals is distinguished by the special specificity of such publications
It, in turn, directly affects the technology of manufacturing printed products. We do not produce «yellow press» or cheap products. Our journals, in fact, are the experience of practical scientists and a source of the latest scientific developments, but even the hardest «granite of science» requires a decent «frame».
Magazines are printed on innovative offset machines Adast Dominant 747, Adast Dominant 725C and Oce VarioPrint 6160 Ultra, which guarantee brightness and saturation of color reproduction. Important advantages are high printing speed of European quality.
The printed sheets are cut smoothly and «with pharmacy precision» by the newest machine. This ensures the perfect geometry of each issue of the magazine. Do you think it's not that important? Thermobinder
A modern thermobinder allows you to automate the process of seamless adhesive bonding of printed sheets.
Vibrating table
On a special vibrating table, a ready-made notebook is assembled and aligned along the spine. Then it is fed into the machine on which the spine of the product is milled in order to increase the strength of the joint (adhesion). Neglect of this operation significantly worsens the quality of the spine.
