This study explores how employer branding affects the behavioural outcome of employees in the areas of intention to join and turnover intention in the medium and large organisations in the United Kingdom. The explanatory sequential design was adopted as a mixed-method design. The quantitative data were obtained comprising 342 full-time employees working in five sectors and qualitative data was obtained due to 20 semi-structured interviews with human resource and employer branding practitioners. Regression and structural equation modelling were used to test the relationships between variables using statistical methods and thematic analysis to interpret the qualitative data.
