This article highlights samples of the KA-1–KA-6 composite adsorbent developed to enhance the efficiency of natural gas drying using the adsorption method and their functional role in the research work. The study compared the compositions of the adsorbent consisting of activated Navbakhor bentonite, zeolite 4A, activated aluminum, silica gel, and binding components. Changes in the proportion of components in each sample were evaluated in terms of the adsorbent's porous structure, mechanical strength, water vapor absorption capacity, dynamic capacity, influence on the dew point, and stability after regeneration. The results obtained showed that the KA-4 sample is characterized by a balanced micro- and mesoporous structure, high dynamic capacity, good mechanical stability, and resistance to regeneration as an optimal composite adsorbent. The article confirmed the structure and functional properties of composite adsorbents based on XRD, FTIR, and SEM/EDS analyses.
