Systemic Implementation of Innovation in the Textile Industry

The article examines the relationship between innovation and its creator, with particular emphasis on the role of professional reputation, knowledge, creativity, and expertise in determining the successful development and practical implementation of innovative solutions. The limitations of existing innovation financing mechanisms and investment models in supporting the sustainable development of innovation-oriented projects are considered. Particular attention is given to the importance of education, continuing professional development, and specialized training in strengthening the innovative and creative potential of specialists. The article substantiates the need for new educational models adapted to advanced manufacturing technologies, digital production systems, and knowledge-driven innovation. The development of innovation competencies and interdisciplinary thinking is considered an essential prerequisite for enhancing specialists’ ability to generate, develop, and successfully implement innovative solutions in the modern textile and light industry sectors.
