Annotation

The main purprose of the article is to determine the culture of the musical culture of the Uzbekistan, the study of modern trends and the role of musical arts in the education of youth, exchange of scientific information in the field of composition, musicology art bastacors, as well as history of theory and practice of musical arts. Attraction to philisophical traditional content, text based experimentation of composition, by search for new means of musical expression and compositional solutions.
