This book represents the outcomes of the research in the field of the education in Hong Kong with the special emphasis on business education. The main reason for conducting this study is to discover how to motivate students to learn better through improved classroom instruction in business education. The research contributes to better achievement of learning outcomes, improvement of instructors’ teaching performance, and enhancement of theoretical framework by integrating motivation theory and leadership theory. The research findings can be applied to design teaching strategies and instructor’s training. It influences the style, forms and instruments of teaching and training, and it brings a principally new vision and a mode of interaction between instructors and students with much higher outcomes. The authors consequently used PLS-SE modeling in building up the final model. The algorithm could be reproduced in the forthcoming research.
