The book examines hybrid technical and technological solutions for the development of intelligent footwear and orthopedic accessories based on the principles of electromagnetic resonance spectroscopy, artificial intelligence, and artificial neural networks. Particular attention is given to smart insoles and sensor systems incorporating carbon-carbon composite materials, shape-memory materials, magnetic resonance sensors, and microelectronic modules manufactured using RITM technology. The study explores non-contact monitoring of physiological conditions, including blood parameter assessment, diagnostics of bone and muscle tissue, early disease detection, fracture healing monitoring, and vascular condition evaluation. Special emphasis is placed on the integration of laser, fiber-optic, and magnetic resonance technologies for therapeutic and preventive effects on the human body without invasive procedures. The book also presents the design features of sensor modules, composite materials, and electronic control systems that provide high sensitivity, safety, and continuous real-time monitoring. It is concluded that hybrid intelligent technologies have significant potential for advancing modern orthopedics, physiotherapy, preventive diagnostics, and personalized medicine.
