This book represents the outcomes of the research in the field of the education in Hong Kong. The authors discover several general issues in the field of the development of the sub-degree programs in contemporary Hong Kong and the successful marketing strategies. It is stressed that the articulation pathway is a significant factor, undervalued in most cases by the current administrations of the schools. The recommendations could be disseminated and used in the other national and geographical context. The authors consequently used PLS-SE modeling in building up the final model. The algorithm could be reproduced in the forthcoming research. The book could be useful for the researchers, practitioners, students and professors, everyone who is interested in the problems of education and human development under the market economy.
