The article presents the results of analyzing the technical requirements and calibration testing of equipment developed for a sensor capsule intended for the non-invasive measurement of acidity in liquid media using electromagnetic spectroscopy. Particular attention is given to evaluating the effects of sensor design, measurement range, operating temperature, sample composition, suspended particles, and chemical additives on measurement accuracy, sensitivity, and repeatability.

Based on comparative experimental studies, the authors identify a planar printed-circuit-board solenoid as the most effective sensor configuration, providing improved sensitivity while reducing capsule dimensions and increasing the available internal volume. The study demonstrates that the proposed measurement system maintains high accuracy and stability under a wide range of operating conditions and exhibits excellent repeatability during repeated measurements. The article also outlines recommendations for further optimization of the sensor capsule design and proposes additional validation under conditions that more closely simulate real biological environments.
