Abstract: Abstract: The article states that consulting and consulting services in Azerbaijan have been studied by taking into consideration the fundamental changes in society, including the impact of globalization. Removing visible gaps in this direction significantly updates the study of theoretical and practical aspects of consulting activity. The main goal is to develop theoretical and practical proposals to improve the competitiveness of business organizations and the country in the light of the establishment of a perfect consulting service mechanism by taking into account the new reality of socio-economic development.
