Be warned: Ukrainian Impersonators!
Dear authors, we want to warn you that scammers have been found in Ukraine. They impersonate Premier Publishing and scam people under the pretense of accepting publications to our conference collections (using the names, imprints, and ISBN of our publications). Payments for these publications are accepted in UAH (Ukraine Hryvnia) by transfer to their bank card.
Data of scammers:
“Solution” Center for Scientific Research (Kiev)/Центр наукових досліджень «Solution» (Київ, Україна)
Bank details of scammers:
AT KB (PJSC) Privatbank, Full Name: Pryadko Ruslana Viktorivna, Card Number: 5168 7573 7108 5343
OAO (PJSC) Oschadbank (The State Savings Bank of Ukraine), Full Name: Mironov Sergey Vasilyevich, Card number: 5167 4910 2188 4530
On top of that, invitational newsletters by scammers were posted on the websites of several Ukrainian universities. We will send refutations to them in the nearest future.
We want to warn you, these impersonators have no relation to Premier Publishing and their actions are illegal. Their data is already submitted to the court and law enforcement agencies.
If you see a message by the scammers, please inform us at email@example.com so that we can take prompt action.
We advise you to always check whether the information sent to you corresponds to the actual publisher data before publishing in any publishing house:
1. Is the official publishing website provided or does the provided address match the official publishing website address?
2. Does the provided e-mail address for articles match the e-mail address on the official website of the publisher?
3. If you have the slightest doubt about the authenticity of the information offered to you, contact the publisher directly (by phone or e-mail given on the official website) requesting confirmation of the information.
This will help avoid the emotional distress and financial losses that scammers can cause.
We thank you for your attention!
